Shane Keith serves as a Financial Advisor at Bluespring Wealth Solutions – Payson location, where he works closely with clients to develop long-term wealth strategies while also playing a key role in the growth and development of the firm's advisory team.
With a background that spans financial planning, investment research, advisor development, and leadership, Shane brings a well-rounded perspective to his work. He began his career with Vanguard, where he spent five years in client service, compliance, and management roles before joining Bluespring Wealth Management.
Today, Shane serves clients across all of the firm's locations, helping individuals and families navigate important financial decisions through comprehensive planning and ongoing guidance. He is deeply involved in investment analysis and research and is known for his ability to break down complex concepts into practical strategies clients can understand and confidently implement.
In addition to his work with clients, Shane plays an active role in training and mentoring advisors throughout the organization. He helps lead internal education initiatives, advisor development programs, and onboarding efforts, supporting the next generation of professionals within the firm. His collaborative approach and commitment to sharing knowledge have made him a trusted resource for both colleagues and clients.
Born and raised in Payson, Arizona, Shane remains deeply connected to the community he calls home. He serves on the board of the RVN3 Foundation, which supports local youth in pursuing their goals and opportunities. Outside of work, Shane enjoys spending time with his two sons, Eli and Zander. Whether coaching youth sports, traveling, exploring the outdoors, or enjoying a movie night, he values the time spent helping others grow both on and off the field.

We received nominations from 2,170 firms and advisors. Nominees were required to have a minimum of seven years' experience, at least $150m in AUM, 2 years at their current firm in good standing, and a clean regulatory record (two or fewer complaints and no significant judgements). Advisors are ranked on a 100-point scale in three categories. SCALE: Relative size of assets, production and quality of service; GROWTH: Relative year-over-year change in assets, clients and production; PROFESSIONALISM: Regulatory record, community involvement, mentorship and team makeup. Data collected is from 12/31/2024 to 12/31/2025. Award is valid from June 2026 – 2027. Participation in the ranking is open to any firm or advisor and there are no fees for participation.
